Tips for Parents

Ritualize optimistic anticipation. When getting your child up and helping them with dressing, etc., wonder out loud about the good things that will happen that day. Make sure to let them contribute their own interpretations.
Anticipate milestones in your child's life with great optimism. i.e. "You're going to have so much fun at your new school."
