  Tips for Parents

  • Ask your child, "How are we the same as other people?  How are we different from other people? When someone is different from us, what should we do?"
  • During the lyrics "one world," make the number one with your index finger, then trace a circle in the air to make a world.
  • Use the internet to look up ASL signs for this song and learn them with your child.
  • Dancing with scarves or ribbons is a way for children to experience the wonderful rhythm of this song.
