How do I download my song or album?
After you complete the checkout process,
download links for each song or album will be on the bottom
of the Order Information page. Click on each link to save
the file to your computer. If you are having problems downloading
a song (i.e. nothing happens or the song opens up and begins
to play), right click on the download link and select "Save
Target As' to save the file to your computer.
What payment options do you offer?
At the present time we accept Visa, Mastercard
and Discover. You'll find these two payment options offered
in the checkout process on our website. If you would like to be invoiced, call Emily Sandul at 859-431-2075 x116 to arrange.
Can I mail in a check?
If you'd like to pay by check, please mail your check to the address found on our website (click here) along with the specific items you'd like to order. We will process your order 7 to 10 business days after we receive your payment. Kentucky residents need to add 6% for sales tax.
Can an institution make a purchase using a Purchase Order? If so, what is the process?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from qualified institutions. Contact Emily Sandul to place your order by clicking here . An invoice will be included with your order. Payment terms are net 30 days.
How do you handle tax exempt organizations?
Non-profit organizations wishing to purchase must submit their orders via mail and include a copy of their sales tax exemption. Our website only accepts retail orders which automatically charges sales tax on all KY residents.
Can orders be faxed in?
Yes, however payment must be included with your order in the form of a credit card or purchase order. Orders may be faxed to us at 859.431.5217.
What shipping options do you offer?
For orders that can't be downloaded, we ship all orders via USPS or UPS Ground. If you have a special situation where you need faster shipping, send us an email by clicking here and selecting the 'Shipping Question" reason code from the drop down list. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our system cannot process international orders. To place an order from outside the US, visit cdbaby, Kaplan Early Learning Company or call 859-431-2075.
What music file formats do you offer?
All of our music files are in the most common audio format of MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3 or MP3 for short. They should play on any digital device capable of playing an MP3.
